*Scientific program is being formulated to suit varied interests. We have 4 workshops-
Pre congress workshops:
- Pre A "Neurodynamic Solutions upper Quarter" by Michael Shacklock
- Pre B "Physical Therapists as Exercise Experts with the Aging Populations: Evidence based Functional Assessment and Exercise Prescription by Marilyn Moffat, WCPT President.
Post congress workshops:
- Post C "OSTEOPOROSIS: A Comprehensive Treatment Strategy" by Sara Meeks, a very popular Instructor working for Women's health
- Post D "An NDT Framework for Restoring Function in the Upper Extremity of Stroke Survivors" by Cathy Hazzard, NDT certified teacher.
Besides the workshops, there will be plenary lectures by the above course instructors, and other invited speakers, prominent in their fields.
Concurrent sessions for platform presentation by members from India and abroad and poster presentations will be put up. Post lunch there will be several symposia on subjects like the theme of the congress, Disaster Management, Yoga and stress. Debates and discussion on professional issues are also being planned. |
