GENERAL INFORMATION
VISA Requirements
All foreign nationals require a valid national passport/travel document with a valid visa to India. This may be obtained from the Indian missions/ Consular officer in the country of their residence. The conference Secretariat will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to assist you in obtaining a valid Indian Visa.
 
Official Letter of Invitation
On request, the conference secretariat will issue an official letter of invitation to any potential delegate if such an invitation would facilitate travel arrangements, for obtaining a visa and/ or permission to participate in the conference. Please note that such a letter is not in any way associated with a financial commitment or assistance by the secretariat to a delegate.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue and make changes in the program as may be found necessary without prior notice. The organizers also reserve the right to cancel the conference or postpone the same in case of circumstances beyond its control. The organizers shall not be held liable for any damages for the above.
